This unit is perfectly named. Happy Ours was the ideal family getaway. You can’t beat the location to the beach and activities. It was well stocked with everything we needed to have a great carefree vacation. It truly felt like home away from home. We will definitely be returning.

A great place to vacation! The condo was very nice and the grounds well kept. The ocean view is always a joy. Perdido Key Realty is there when you need them! I live the 4 units to a floor and restricted elevator codes. Very quiet and peaceful!

Booked Beach Colony Resort through Perdido Realty Vacations and was very pleased with both. Samantha did a fantastic job answering questions and providing updates. The condo was super clean, comfortably furnished, well stocked and spacious4. Easy stroll down the boardwalk (no stairs) to the beach. Closet full of games for the kids too. Plenty of bath towels.The only thing we didnt see were dishcloths. My only recommendation is to offer more than one soft pillow.

Our family has visited the Tobin House at Bowlegs Reef every year begoinning with the summer of 2001, except for times we could not because of circumstances like: Hurricane Ivan repairs , oil spill, Covid and repairs needed after Hurricane Sally. It is a very special place to us; we are grateful for all the great times we have had in this house.

We had a great vacation. Check-in process was really easy and the staff is super nice and helpful! We were even notified HOURS ahead of check-in that our condo was already available for us to check in early at no additional cost which is awesome!! The condo was very clean as well. Oh and we got engaged this trip so it was extra special ;) 10/10 stay!!

This is the second year we stayed at the Flip Flop Stop Condo in Lost Key Villas. It is beautiful decorated, very clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. They even provide beach chairs, umbrella and a cart to use on the beach. I highly recommend the Lost Key Villas.

I loved this location. The pool was a little dirty from the rain storm, we called the owner and they sent someone right away. Great communication. For Groceries: Publix was within 5 min, Walmart was within 12-15 min Looking for Food: Try out Pedros Mexican Resturant which is within 5 min. You could walk there! This house has everything that you need. We took our large family. Grandparents were comfortable on the first level. There is an elevator as well. The kitchen is very well stocked. We had pizza night and had all the dishes to do it properly. The master bathroom was beautiful. including a jacuzzi tub. The pool is a great size. the jacuzzi was amazing. The property was amazing. Our family was large as well. We had grandparents and two full (5 person) families. The bikes. The pool does have a deep end. but it was also amazing. Our young kids enjoyed the shallow end. Overall. I cant wait to visit here again.

This was our first time to rent with Perdido Realty Perdido Sun is a very nice property The parking lot was mostly full but there was always a parking place. We didn’t wait long for an elevator. You must use a code to enter the building (made it feel secure) and there was someone working at the front desk during the day You had to wear a bracelet at the resort at all times The condo was clean and comfortable Great 7th floor view! We had one issue with the Keurig not working which necessitated a 7 am grocery store run for coffee/filters I reported it, but it was not replaced during our stay. Perdido Sun is across the street from several places to eat! Paul’s Pizza, The Jellyfish, The Islander. Very convenient! After hours check in at the Realty Co was quick and easy and we were required to return the keys back to the realty company at check out. Overall, a good experience with both Perdido Realty and Perdido Sun Resort

I've used Perdido Realty Vacations twice and have been satisfied both times. The check-in and check-out process is easy. Their front desk staff is knowledgeable and friendly. If there is a problem with the rental, they will send someone out to fix it. Our favorite property is Ocean Breeze West.

I had the best experience rental from Perdido Realty Vacations. The condo we stayed at was top notch and the check in and check out process so easy and convenient. We felt really safe and love the high security with codes to get in the gate and the elevator floors at the Beach Colony Resort. Unit 15A is the bomb if you are looking for a 3 bedroom! Will book again in the future!

There are a few areas in the unit that need some updating, such as the front door lock, master bath toilet seat. The Wi-Fi wasn't strong enough after we finally got connected. There were multiple times one elevator wasn't working, but it seem to get fixed quickly. Overall, we had a great time.
