A PERSONAL NOTE FROM THE OWNERS:
We completely renovated and professionally decorated our unit in January 2016. It features wood-look tile throughout with bead board wainscoting and plantation shutters for an authentic beach cottage feel. All beds have new memory foam gel mattresses. Kitchen has granite countertops and a custom backsplash. And is fully-stocked. The dining area is unique, with seating for eight at our custom-built fold-top table and seating for three at the breakfast bar. Our spacious living room has all new furnishings, including a custom sectional with a pull-out queen bed, a 55-inch Smart LED TV with an enhanced cable package, SEC Network. The large master bedroom has a King size bed, designer bedding, 46-inch LED TV, a walk-in closet, and gorgeous gulf-front views with sliding doors opening to a large balcony. Guest bedroom number one features two full beds, 32-inch flat-screen TV. It has direct access to the full hall bath. Bedroom number 3 features a queen bed, 32 LED Smart TVs, and a private bath with a walk-in shower. All baths have been updated with raised vanities, granite, new fixtures, custom shower tile, and glass enclosures. The master bath has his and her vanities, a tub with corner picture windows, views of the beach, and a large walk-in shower.
We spend lots of time on our balcony, so we have tables and chairs as well as comfortable cushioned chairs and ottomans. We sincerely hope that you enjoy your stay at our beach home. Diane and Troy
