Reservations and check-in was great. #303 is very clean, has a well stocked kitchen. Close to elevator. Thank you so much for a great service - the weather has been beautiful! Hope to be back soon.

This was the nicest place I have ever stayed. Everything looked new and it felt like we could relax and just enjoy being together as a family. We also loved the beach service with chairs and umbrellas. Since it was October it was easy to find open seats.

The Sandy Key grounds are very nice and well kept. Condo# 621 is nicely decorated and my family and I were quite comfortable, although the cleanliness of the property definitely leaves room for improvement. Overall, we had a lovely and relaxing vacation, and made wonderful memories.

The property was in perfect condition. We found the condo spotless. It was very spacious and the four bedrooms and four bathrooms were very convenient for our group. The kitchen was well equipped and the condo was decorated beautifully. The beds were very comfortable. It had everything we needed and more. We will definitely stay there again.

We really enjoyed our stay but the only things that kept it from perfection were: 1. Apparently the cable box from bedroom 3 was removed and hooked up to the den television because it had stopped working but it was a bummer not to have cable in the bedroom and caused us to have to use 3 different remotes to operate the den system. Wish that had've been fixed sooner. 2. A few lamps had burnt bulbs so we needed maintenance assistance. 3. On our last night around 1:30am, the smoke alarm battery began to die and beeped horribly. Extra batteries stored in the unit would be a great idea.
