We have stayed at several places with Perdido Realty and even with construction, Beach Colony is by far our favorite. The unit was spacious and the views were amazing. The furniture and beds were comfortable and not worn. We cooked every night and the kitchen was well stocked with nice cooking equipment. It was a wonderful vacation in part because of the unit! Thank you for allowing people who love Perdido to share your beautiful home.

The property was gorgeous, my expectations were exceeded. My children had a wonderful time and thats what its all about 🙂 We go somewhere new every vacation, we never go back to the same place twice but I think we will be making an exception this time!

The unit PH2B in Beach Colony west has been beautifully updated and furnished. The mattress in the master is really nice. The jet tub has been replaced with a big soaker tub. The 17TH floor provides a great view!
