A NOTE FROM THE OWNER

We live in Marietta, Ga, home to Lockheed Martin Aeronautics and the Atlanta Braves. We dreamed of owning a beachfront condo for a long time before we discovered Perdido Key. We love the small-town beach vibe, southern hospitality, and Sandy Key condominiums' awesome amenities. This 3rd-floor unit offers breathtaking views of the emerald waters of the Gulf, lined with Palm trees and seagrass-covered dunes, truly picturesque. You are welcome to use our beach toys, chairs, and umbrellas stored in the beach closet during your stay to enjoy the ocean waves, sandy beach, and cool breeze! Unit 327 is easily accessible by stairs and elevators, and the balcony is spacious with a beautiful ocean view. On occasion, you will be pleasantly surprised by the U.S. Navy Blue Angels as they ‘buzz’ down Perdido Beach on their return to base. You will enjoy your vacation with us in Sandy Key 327, leaving you with a lifetime of happy memories!
