A great place to vacation! The condo was very nice and the grounds well kept. The ocean view is always a joy. Perdido Key Realty is there when you need them! I live the 4 units to a floor and restricted elevator codes. Very quiet and peaceful!

There are a few areas in the unit that need some updating, such as the front door lock, master bath toilet seat. The Wi-Fi wasn't strong enough after we finally got connected. There were multiple times one elevator wasn't working, but it seem to get fixed quickly. Overall, we had a great time.

Beach Colony is a first rate property, not just for its location and amenities, but it is constantly being attended to by people who are cleaning, painting, trimming landscape or decorating for the seasons. Not having to be concerned about the cleanliness or maintenance of the place you are calling home for a time is important.
