We’ve used Perdido Realty for over 30 years! They are so accommodating & work with you for everything. We had a make a change during COVID and it was not a problem for them to swap our dates. We love using them and wouldn’t use anyone else!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay last week at Beach Colony 9A! It was a fabulous respite during these crazy times. We were able to socially distance but still enjoy all of the amenities of the property. I felt safe and was able to completely relax while there. Thank you so much!

We had a lovely time. I loved your Memorial Day decorations displayed. We could have used couple more keys and the codes to gate, elevators and pools were a little hard to remember (I thought I left all those passwords at work) but on the other hand, I never found small children playing in the elevators either Thank you again!
