 “Worry-Free” Payment Policy**

*Full balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. 4BR & Homes require 50% balance at 60 days before arrival, balance at 30 days of arrival.

Cancellation Policy**

Should you need to cancel a stay with Perdido Realty Vacations, we provide the following refund policies associated with cancellations:

31+ days before Arrival Date = FULL REFUND

30 days - 14 days before Arrival Date = 50% Refund of Amount Paid (minus processing fee)

14 days - Day of Arrival = NO REFUND

** Our policies may have additional restrictions related to non-traditional and extended stay reservations. ****Requested date and property changes are at the discretion of Perdido Realty.
