Excellent place if you are looking to vacation
Booked Beach Colony Resort through Perdido Realty Vacations and was very pleased with both. Samantha did a fantastic job answering questions and providing updates. The condo was super clean, comfortably furnished, well stocked and spacious4. Easy stroll down the boardwalk (no stairs) to the beach. Closet full of games for the kids too. Plenty of bath towels.The only thing we didnt see were dishcloths. My only recommendation is to offer more than one soft pillow.
Beautiful and updated condo on the beach. Wonderful amenities. The pool is huge and clean. Elevators always clean, no sand or water on the floors. Beautiful balcony to hangout on early in morning or in the evening. We will for sure be back again for a longer stay.

Wonderful services great resort it’s been our family vacation for many years all our grandchildren have enjoyed this yearly trip and the younger ones our extremely disappointed because there unable to go due to overseas assignments but we’ve promised to take them to beach colony when they return to the states the very best resort for families secure clean well maintained wonderful beach ,fantastic condos rental

Our stay at Windemere Condo 804 was nothing short of spectacular. The place dazzled wth pristine cleanliness prepped by a team of perfectionist elves. The balcony was our personal slice of paradise.

Condo 706 at Windemere was fabulous! Comfortable beds and furniture, great tvs and internet, plus everything looked to be brand new. Professionally decorated with some loving touches. It's a easy few steps to the beach where you can rent chair/umbrella setups. Reserved covered parking was a big plus! Pool overlooking the ocean for the day we only spent a few hours in the sun. We'll be back for sure!!

A very special place!
Our family has visited the Tobin House at Bowlegs Reef every year begoinning with the summer of 2001, except for times we could not because of circumstances like: Hurricane Ivan repairs , oil spill, Covid and repairs needed after Hurricane Sally. It is a very special place to us; we are grateful for all the great times we have had in this house.
Windemere 804, beautiful location, very comfortable luxurious apartment with balcony overlooking an amazing beach, pool and hot tub were a great bonus. Booking process was easy and everyone so friendly and helpful. Will definitely be back when we can. Thanks so much!!

Staff are always friendly and helpful. Due to construction in the condo building of the unit I originally booked, they automatically moved me to an available unit in another building with no upcharge for the more expensive unit.
