Wall-to-wall sliding doors and adjoining windows actually wrap around the living room, filling it with light and revealing the panoramic beauty of the Gulf. The sweeping 300 SF terrace will be a favorite spot for quiet moments and lively gatherings alike. The uniquely situated Master Bath is a world unto itself. 1750 SF with custom porcelain tile throughout the Living, Dining, Kitchen and Bedrooms. The owners have recently upgraded Living Room furnishings, bed linen, and electronics.

Amazing condo

This condo is exactly as pictured. It's beautiful, with updated decor. Everything was clean and they had a nice little welcome pack of things you need at the beach like dish soap, toiletries, laundry soap just to get you started. The views in this condo are the best part! The beach is not near as crowded and the pools were nice. We had an awesome time. Thank you for a great vacation.

We rented a really nice condo in Beach Colony for several nights in October of 2023. Our unit was very clean and appointed with all items we needed for our trip. The beds were comfortable and views and balcony were amazing. We will definitely be back to Perdido Key and use Perdido Key Realty!

Great family time!

Beautiful condo, ample kitchen stock and comfortable beds and living room furniture. Appreciated the minimal condo per floor (4) as this provided a more quiet stay. Across the street from shopping and restaurants. Beach was very crowded as this was the first complex over the bridge and immediately next to a public access. Also feel this luxury stay should have included one beach service umbrella and chairs. That aside, would book his space again.

Absolutely beautiful Condo, so well furnished and equipped with all the amenities one would ever need. Very comfortable as well. Kitchen stocked with quality cookware and appliances, including 2 coffee makers ( regular and Keurig ). There are blow dryers for hair in all the bathrooms, and double pillow sets on all the beds, which have quality mattresses. The balcony has the best view ever, and has 2 chaise loungers, a bistro set for 4, and a large dining set for four, plenty of room and seats for a large group. We have used Perdido Realty for over a decade and stayed at Beach Colony numerous times. It is our favorite resort and this Condo is the best! Thank you for an amazing beach vacation!! David & Kim
