Valerie left Savannah, GA and her career as a social worker to join her husband in Perdido Key, FL. She often comments on her first heart-stopping view of Perdido Key as she crossed the Baars Bridge for the first time. It was love at first sight. She wanted to share her paradise with others so became a licensed Florida Real Estate agent in 1984. Her historical knowledge of Perdido Key’s development, real estate market and rental market is unrivaled and invaluable.
Valerie turned her efforts to building Perdido Realty Vacation Rentals in 1994. The company started with 3 rentals and today manages 150+ rentals exclusively on Perdido Key.
