We rented a really nice condo in Beach Colony for several nights in October of 2023. Our unit was very clean and appointed with all items we needed for our trip. The beds were comfortable and views and balcony were amazing. We will definitely be back to Perdido Key and use Perdido Key Realty!

Absolutely beautiful Condo, so well furnished and equipped with all the amenities one would ever need. Very comfortable as well. Kitchen stocked with quality cookware and appliances, including 2 coffee makers ( regular and Keurig ). There are blow dryers for hair in all the bathrooms, and double pillow sets on all the beds, which have quality mattresses. The balcony has the best view ever, and has 2 chaise loungers, a bistro set for 4, and a large dining set for four, plenty of room and seats for a large group. We have used Perdido Realty for over a decade and stayed at Beach Colony numerous times. It is our favorite resort and this Condo is the best! Thank you for an amazing beach vacation!! David & Kim
