Beautiful well-equipped unit. For a five-bedroom unit, it would be nice to have a regular coffee maker in addition to the Keurig. But overall excellent unit and excellent management!

The time that was taken to make sure your expreince felt like a home is wonderful. I love the idea of providing little snack items, coffee, if you look through the little hidden drawers you will find board games, books and more! I love, love, love the kitchen appliances. The home interior was so beautiful. THe beds are so comfy and the balcony can fit a whole family of 6 adults comfortably. Never experienced an Airbnb like this. I would recommend a million times. Me and my wife will definitely be back!

This was our 3rd stay at Happy Ours and can not wait to go back! This is our go to rental in Perdido Key. So clean, comfortable and homey feeling. Checkin was very easy and fast. Love how close the beach is so I can walk over sit and watch the sunrise over the ocean.

Staff are always friendly and helpful. Due to construction in the condo building of the unit I originally booked, they automatically moved me to an available unit in another building with no upcharge for the more expensive unit.

We stayed in 305 Perdido Towers, Perdido Key, FL. This condo was amazing in every way. The decor, colors, design, were awesome. The only two minor complaints we had was the noisy ceiling fan in the master bedroom and the bed was very firm. Very easy fixes. The views were great, and Perdido Key Realty are great to deal with

We really did not know what to expect as this was our first Airbnb Time. From the moment we opend the door We were Impressed with the Great details theme you carried throughout the place. The location and cated community provided us with a sense of security in a strange area. This is certainly off-season and we took full advantage to enjoy the Peace + Relaxation after a very hectic year for us.
