This is my first time to stay on the riverside and I really enjoyed it. The sunsets from the balcony were great, I enjoyed watching the boats go by and the dolphins playing in Ole River. The walk to the beach was not far at all! The unit was a great size for 2 or 3 and very comfortable.

It had been a long time dream of mine to see the ocean. My son made it happen and even though it was dark when we arrived, we could still hear the waves, it made me tear up. When we were finally able to see it, the view was amazing. The condo was more than we could have hoped for. Comfy, homey, and clean. It had everything we needed. We plan to return to Perdido Key next year and hope to stay there again. We love that it was slower paced, quieter and fewer crowds than Pensicola Beach.( we visited there for the day) Couldn't wait to get back to Perdido. I see many family vacations there in our future.

We could have used couple more keys and the codes to gate, elevators and pools were a little hard to remember (I thought I left all those passwords at work) but on the other hand, I never found small children playing in the elevators either Thank you again!

Sandy Key is very nice because of the quarter mile of private beach. Since it is not a high rise property, everyone has plenty of room to set up, and enjoy the beach while not being one on top of the other.

This property is among the older and smaller ones there, which was built with the owner's stay in mind, although it is also a good producer in the rental market. It is situated in a prime position overlooking the water and sand. Our family rented from the sister unit, Ocean Breeze East, over a couple of decades and we have found this property to be almost identical. During our recent stay, we found the nearness of the surf and sand to be soothing to tired minds and bodies. The sturdy sliding doors in both the master bedroom and living area will let the rhythm of the surf in when desired, as well as completely silencing everything outside when desired. The balcony is a plus with this unit. It is large enough for many activities, along with being comfortable and well set up for beach observing and just hanging out. A really nice place!

We enjoyed the size of our condo. The overall property is very nice. We also appreciated the ice machine located at the pool for filling up our cooler for the beach and pool areas. Our only complaint, which cannot be fixed is the parking deck spaces for our condo. They were very tight even for a little car. Overall we really enjoyed staying at the Windemere and we will stay there again.

In a word, it was perfect! The weather was great, the property was top notch and the winter residents; aka Snowbirds, were very friendly and made us feel welcome and at home. The indoor heated pool is a good asset during the winter months. This is about my 5th stay in this complex and I'm always happy with my choice. We've stayed at several others along Perdido Key and this one is at the top of our list.

We really enjoyed Sandy Key this time of year. The view is exquisite, and the heated pool was a nice plus, as are the grilling areas. The condo was wonderful. Perfect for a family get together. Plenty of private space for everyone. The complex was very clean. It has a private beach and dock. The kids enjoyed fishing off the pier. My brother caught a flounder on his first cast. We would definitely stay there again.

We loved the condo. It was nicely furnished and the furniture was very clean. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms had plenty of towels and wash cloths. I've stayed in a lot of vacation rentals and the kitchen in this one was one of the most well stocked I've ever seen. There were plenty of dishes, pots and pans and appliances.

I loved this unit!!! Being able to sit out on the balcony and see and hear the gulf was amazing. The unit had everything that you could possibly need (except for a washer and dryer in the unit but we are fall renters and can utilize the laundry downstairs). The furnishings were very nice and we had everything that we needed to enjoy our stay.

The Tobin house was amazing. We loved fishing off the dock and watching the sun rise and sun set from the screened porch. The short walk to the beach led us to a private wonderland of perfection at the state park.

The penthouse Beach Colony Tower condo was exactly as pictured on the website. This was our second stay at Perdido Key and definitely like being on the East end of the island (quieter) and Beach Colony is a GREAT resort. Very family oriented with two nice, big pools (and a third indoor) and very nice workout facility. No issues waiting on elevators. Parking was readily available. Luggage carts made for easy arrival/departure. Beach services were GREAT! The only comment I would have, and it's only my own fault, I didn't read the fine print about supplies and was surprised to find no coffee filters and no additional TP and PTs. Many rentals I have stayed in over the years also have a cabinet with spices and oil, coffee, etc., but there was NOTHING in this unit. We were mostly prepared for this, just meant an extra trip to the store. No real worries and next time, I'll know. The bed and linens in master were nice - in fact, I'd love to know what kind of bed the king bed was...I'd like to have one at home!! The master bath was GORGEOUS with it's wrap-around window and views of the beach/sea from the tub and shower. Towels were a little worn, but nothing terrible. Terrace was ample and lovely with nice furnishings. Sofa probably needs a refresher with some stains on the white upholstery, but all in all, no real complaints - just comments. We'd give this property five stars!!! And we would definitely rent this unit again, and certainly we will rent from Perdido Realty Vacations again! Thank you!! We have scheduled the white slip covers for cleaning and have replaced several towels with brand new ones that the owner keeps in a linen closet for us. Perdido Realty is required to abide by FL Division of Hotels and Motels guidelines which do not allow us to leave food condiments in our rentals. We do provide a comfort starter package containing toilet tissue, bath soap and trash liners. I absolutely loved the property. The unit we stayed in felt just like home except more luxurious. We had everything we needed including laundry baskets, hangers and closet shelves. I loved the balcony and wonderful large Windows with a perfect view. The guard stationed at the pool was friendly and interactive, always smiling. It was my favorite place to stay in all my years of vacationing. I love that there is an indoor and outdoor pool in case you need to get out of the sun or if it rains. I highly recommend this property!

We love the area, so peaceful at the beach but either way you go, only 10-15 minutes away from fun, shopping, awesome restaurants and recreational activities!!! We really enjoyed our stay but the only things that kept it from perfection were: 1. Apparently the cable box from bedroom 3 was removed and hooked up to the den television because it had stopped working but it was a bummer not to have cable in the bedroom and caused us to have to use 3 different remotes to operate the den system. Wish that had've been fixed sooner. 2. A few lamps had burnt bulbs so we needed maintenance assistance. 3. On our last night around 1:30am, the smoke alarm battery began to die and beeped horribly. Extra batteries stored in the unit would be a great idea.

Having rented various condos all along the Florida gulf coast over the last 30 years, we have a pretty good idea of what to expect. Usually a "box and a balcony". This condo looked a little different so we thought we'd give it a try. Boy did we get it right! This condo is by far the most comfortable, luxurious, and spacious condo we've ever rented...and the rental rate was quite reasonable. The floor plan is super cool with a lot of room for the family. We'll be back!

This condo was in a perfect location and the walk to the beach was very nice. Me and my family had a wonderful time. Thanks so much for the wonderful memories we will have. The grass area was neatly kept with the flowers. The only issue we had was the bathroom key would not work on the men's restroom in our building.
