Perfect location and lovely property. Spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The shaded balcony was a family favorite and caught a nice breeze. Beach and pools uncrowded and everyone we met was very friendly. Will stay here again next time we’re in the Pensacola area.

The place was quiet at this time of the yr, which is what we wanted. Great size balcony facing the beach. Loved that the master suite had a king size bed, which you don’t find everywhere. The second bedroom had a queen bed, which was perfect for our adult son. Overall, good place to stay for a long weekend or longer.

It was extremely disappointing to get an announcement over the loud speaker at 8am reminding us to wear our wristbands on property. We were constantly pestered by the staff checking for our wristbands. My family that rented 8 condos will not be returning to Sandy Keys. It wasn't this way during past vacations and there are so many other properties that are newer and have more amenitities so we will be going else where for our reunions. However we would definitely use Perdido Realty Vacations
