This 3100 SF, 10th-floor Penthouse has endless views of the Intracoastal Waterway from the north balcony and views of the Gulf of Mexico from the south balcony. The spacious interior has ample room for entertaining and relaxing, including two dining areas and a wet bar. The Master Bedroom is waterfront--awaken to the mystic calm of the Intracoastal Waters. The Master Bath has a soaker tub, a separate shower, and double vanities. Guest bedrooms are split two and two on the east and west sides of the condo. Â
A NOTE FROM THE OWNERS:  We have a large extended family with kids of all ages, so Sailmaker's Place is perfect for us. We spend holidays and summer vacations together and have made many wonderful memories there. The living space is fantastic and the kids love the expanded desk area for quiet time crafts and games.
