We had a great time on our family vacation. Everything about this trip was great. As previously mentioned in other reviews there are stains on the carpet, but you look over that pretty quickly. The views are great. The size of the property is great. Everything was shockingly very comfortable. There was just the right tools you needed basic living. We prepared appropriately thanks to listing telling us what extras we needed to bring. We would definitely book this again and enjoyed the CONSISTENT communication with Perdido Reality.

I could not have asked for a better experience. We came down an extended weekend last minute and It was perfect. The view was amazing. The condo was beautiful. There was even a welcome box with a few essentials that was just enough for the weekend. Communication with Valerie was great. I will request this condo in the future.

Very nice unit, only real issue is some stains on the carpets. I don’t understand how someone could get these stains on the carpet being that the unit is on the 17th floor. Amazing views, nice furniture & kitchen. Listing the type of coffee filters needed would make for a welcomed first morning. We would come back in a heartbeat.

I will let maintenance know about the stains on the carpet right away. Also, we'll take a look at the coffee maker filter size. Sounds like it is not standard. Wonderful vacation. Loved the amenities and ease of access to the beach. Maybe upgrade living room furniture, a little uncomfortable for 4 adults 2 children.

We enjoyed the lovely condo. The condo was our home for the week it has everything you need to make your stay comfortable. The view is spectacular along with the beach itself. The only thing I would change is the stay should include beach / umbrella service.

We have stayed at several places with Perdido Realty and even with construction, Beach Colony is by far our favorite. The unit was spacious and the views were amazing. The furniture and beds were comfortable and not worn. We cooked every night and the kitchen was well stocked with nice cooking equipment. It was a wonderful vacation in part because of the unit! Thank you for allowing people who love Perdido to share your beautiful home.

The property was gorgeous, my expectations were exceeded. My children had a wonderful time and thats what its all about :) We go somewhere new every vacation, we never go back to the same place twice but I think we will be making an exception this time!

The unit PH2B in Beach Colony west has been beautifully updated and furnished. The mattress in the master is really nice. The jet tub has been replaced with a big soaker tub. The 17TH floor provides a great view!
