Beach Colony is located on 11 acres of fabulous beachfront. The ingenious angular living room design transforms every residence into a Corner unit. Wall-to-wall sliding doors and adjoining windows actually wrap around the living room, filling it with light and revealing the panoramic beauty of the Gulf. The sweeping 300 SF terrace will be a favorite spot for quiet moments and lively gatherings alike. The uniquely situated Master Bath is a world unto itself. This 14th-floor luxury condo was beautifully remodeled in March 2021. The new flooring is luxury vinyl plank with soft, cool blue tones.

Fabulous!!

We absolutely loved this condo! Not only is it beautiful, but you can walk to restaurants and shops after spending the day on the sugar sand beaches. We will certainly be back!

Love Perdido Key & this was our first time at Beach Colony. It was great! Was little worried that the beach & pools would be over crowded with the 3 towers but they weren't. Plenty of room for everyone. We had a wonderful week!
