Beach Colony Tower PH1B (16B)

This unit was very well maintained. My favorite spot was the master bathroom tub! The unit was beautifully decorated and had books, games, and puzzles! This area doesn’t seem overcrowded so there was a healthy number of people at the beach. The beach was clean and easy to get to.

Our condo at Beach Towers Resort was amazing! So much room and a beautiful view! The condo was so clean with everything we needed. Balcony was huge and such a relaxing place to watch dolphins playing in the gulf. Only thing I would recommend is more luggage carts at check in time on busy days. There were some upset people waiting in the heat. We opted to carry what we could and get the rest of our stuff later. Not necessarily the fault of the property, people were just feeling entitled I think

Condo is exactly as described and pictured, we loved our stay! The balcony provided stunning views of the beach. Steps to the pool and beaches. The beaches are some of the cleanest and prettiest we’ve seen in the Gulf. Several amazing restaurants from a couple minutes to about 15 minutes away, Flora-Bama Grille and Yacht Club were our favorites for lunch and dinner. Perdido Key Breakfast Club is a must for breakfast/brunch. Condo is also close to grocery and gift shops without a lot of traffic. Our trip was over the 4th of July, but traffic and beach density still wasn’t that bad, especially compare to the days we drove to Gulf Shores and Pensacola Beach, where traffic was much heavier than Perdido Key. The property management group provided great customer service and communication before, during and after our stay.

Nice property overall. There were significant repairs and maintenance activities on exteriors of the property which somewhat inconvenient. Our condo unit was nicely decorated, clean, and comfortable.

Our stay at Beach Colony Tower PH1B was awesome! Everything from start to finish. The reservations, check in, the PH1B unit was amazing, super clean, the view from balcony was amazing, sunrise from master bedroom was nice, beach sand and the water was beautiful, beach chair service was great, facilities at the pools were great, we felt safe and secure at all times, security officers on site were helpful and friendly, elevators worked efficiently, traffic was not bad, publix and restaurants conveniently close by, check out was easy even though we hated leaving. The only thing that could have made our stay any more pleasant would be for Beach Colonies to add a couple more luggage carts per each building. Thank you so very much for such a wonderful vacation memory!!

Beautiful condo all around, love the decor, the space, the cleanliness, and the views were unbelievable. Loved seeing the Blue Angels fly over- just WOW! No other condo can compare to this one. We will definitely be back next summer if not before and this condo will be the place we stay!

The penthouse Beach Colony Tower condo was exactly as pictured on the website. This was our second stay at Perdido Key and definitely like being on the East end of the island (quieter) and Beach Colony is a GREAT resort. Very family oriented with two nice, big pools (and a third indoor) and very nice workout facility. No issues waiting on elevators. Parking was readily available. Luggage carts made for easy arrival/departure. Beach services were GREAT! The only comment I would have, and it's only my own fault, I didn't read the fine print about supplies and was surprised to find no coffee filters and no additional TP and PTs. Many rentals I have stayed in over the years also have a cabinet with spices and oil, coffee, etc., but there was NOTHING in this unit. We were mostly prepared for this, just meant an extra trip to the store. No real worries and next time, I'll know. The bed and linens in master were nice - in fact, I'd love to know what kind of bed the king bed was...I'd like to have one at home!! The master bath was GORGEOUS with it's wrap-around window and views of the beach/sea from the tub and shower. Towels were a little worn, but nothing terrible. Terrace was ample and lovely with nice furnishings. Sofa probably needs a refresher with some stains on the white upholstery, but all in all, no real complaints - just comments. We'd give this property five stars!!! And we would definitely rent this unit again, and certainly we will rent from Perdido Realty Vacations again! Thank you!! AGENT RESPONSE: We are so pleased that you enjoyed your stay in our penthouse and appreciate your honest feedback. It is a truly special property that we work very hard to maintain. We have scheduled the white slip covers for cleaning and have replaced several towels with brand new ones that the owner keeps in a linen closet for us. Perdido Realty is required to abide by FL Division of Hotels and Motels guidelines which do not allow us to leave food condiments in our rentals. We do provide a comfort starter package containing toilet tissue, bath soap and trash liners. I absolutely loved the property. The unit we stayed in felt just like home except more luxurious. We had everything we needed including laundry baskets, hangers and closet shelves. I loved the balcony and wonderful large Windows with a perfect view. The guard stationed at the pool was friendly and interactive, always smiling. It was my favorite place to stay in all my years of vacationing. I love that there is an indoor and outdoor pool in case you need to get out of the sun or if it rains. I highly recommend this property!

Having rented various condos all along the Florida gulf coast over the last 30 years, we have a pretty good idea of what to expect. Usually a "box and a balcony". This condo looked a little different so we thought we'd give it a try. Boy did we get it right! This condo is by far the most comfortable, luxurious, and spacious condo we've ever rented...and the rental rate was quite reasonable. The floor plan is super cool with a lot of room for the family. We'll be back!
