In the words of my 3-year-old, "this is my favoritest vacation ever!" Having a TV in the room for the kids with movie options was fantastic for Mom and Dad to have some alone time enjoying the waves on the balcony at nightbalcony at night. ?

Our family of six spent a July vacation here. Good: The place was absolutely spotless, no random sand anywhere & all the glass was sparkling. The deck is the best thing about this condo. It’s on the 6th floor, close enough to hear the ocean beautifully but the pool noise is muted. (There's no noise inside the condo.) It receives morning sun, & afternoon shade, & is thus perfectly suited for your afternoon drink. The master closet is tremendous, & during our stay, fit a pack&play nicely. The beach boardwalk had no stairs, so bring your beach wagon! Grocery options are plentiful and close. There is a washer dryer in the unit & all the appliances are newer. Walkably close to Johnson Natn'l seashore Bad: The glass dining room table is not family friendly. Every mealtime I worried the kids would manage to upend the glass onto themselves, because it is not secured & will tip if leaned onto. The light switches need to be labelled, as some of them control lamps & alarm clocks, or are outside the room Of note: Pack a sleeping mask if you intend on using the living room pull out couch bed. It gets full morning sun. The balcony door is very heavy. Most of my children could not open it, which is not a bad thing, per se, but if you have limited strength, you may have difficulty opening it. There is a code for the elevator, so watch out for that. Simply pushing the number 6 is not sufficient! Check in and out are at an offsite office with lovely staff. I would book here again!

I cannot think of one thing to complain about!! Check in and out was super easy. The condo was immaculate. I really liked the little boxes of soaps, lotions, etc. as well as the kitchen one. Thanks for a wonderful week.

Based on a recommendation of a friend, we decided to spend a much needed break at Beach Colony on Perdido Key. We chose the unit based on reviews, the decorations, the view, and the furniture. All we can say is WOW!!! This unit was beyond our expectations. We will definitely be back and stay here when we do. The condo literally has everything you need! Book this trip and this unit! You won’t be sorry!

This was our 5th year to stay at Beach Colony Resort. The extra large covered balcony with every unit beach front and excellent views from almost every room is our main reason for coming back each year. Our grandchildren love the indoor heated pool and hot tub as much as the beach. Also really appreciate how clean the beach is maintained. This was our first year to witness a group of workers sweeping up seaweed, letting it dry a few days, then burying it in deep holes in sand. Much appreciated!

We could not recommend a stay at this property (Beach Colony Tower 6B) enough. The location was perfect. It was so was so easy to access the pristine beach. The sand is soft and the water was warm. It was not too crowded and beach chairs and umbrellas were easily available to rent if you don't bring your own. We enjoyed having the kitchen and being able to do all but a couple meals right there... which saved us money and gave us extra time to enjoy the location. The grocery was close by as were some great restaurants and fun venues if you are able to pull yourself away. The condo was well appointed with ceramic dishes as well as plastic ones which were nice for the kids. The balcony provided an incredible view and seemed private, but was also perfect for when my husband or I went up to let our youngest nap... we could still enjoy the view and see the other kids on the sand or in the pool. It was so wonderful!! And, it was breathtaking how many stars you can see at night from the balcony - so beautiful. The kids had the time of their lives and none of us wanted to leave. We got some wonderful photos to remember the trip and we just enjoyed the beauty and comfort of the condo so much. The condo had beautiful and comfy furnishings and thoughtful decor. Laundry and two full baths (including a huge walk-in shower and luxurious jacuzzi tub) made everything easy. We highly recommend a stay at this gem!

Simply Beautiful! The unit is amazing and well furnished and cared for. A slice of heaven! Beautifully kept home away from home! We love the area, so peaceful at the beach but either way you go, only 10-15 minutes away from fun, shopping, awesome restaurants and recreational activities!!! Every year it's a must for our ultimate vacation!
